Happy New Year
"2024"
New Years' Thought
Time is like a flowing river, no water passes beneath your feet twice,
so let's give a warm welcome to the year that starts a new and
cherish every moment that life gives you...
~~~~~~~
Last year was particularly difficult for many reasons. A constant reminder how truly blessed we are. There's a lot of pressure that comes with the New Year - resolutions and fresh starts to name a few. Reflecting on the past and more importantly, the future. Try a different approach for the New Year, for instance:
Be a better person - Donate your time or old stuff to those in need or just throw some random acts of kindness into your daily routine. Feels so good it can be additive.
Be a better friend - Help a friend out, in turn you’ll also be building up some karma for when you need help.
Be more friendly and approachable - You’ll widen your circle with more people, gain more friends with
additional knowledge and develop your communication skills.
Show more love to your family - Family is made up of the most important people in your life. This year take a couple of deep breaths and resolve to be a little nicer to them.
Sharing knowledge with others - Leave a meaningful legacy to the world by sharing your knowledge and passing it on.
Be more productive - Finish tasks on time and avoid procrastination.
Get organized - Tidiness is a measure of one’s personality and an organized individual is a reliable person.
Boost your confidence - Believe in yourself and have faith in your abilities, this will improve self esteem and boost confidence.
Get Healthy - Make healthier eating choices by ordering a salad instead of a burger, drink more water or just getting off the couch a little more often. Also, instead of hopping on the escalator or waiting for the elevator, take the stairs. It may not seem like much, but eventually all those stairs add up to a toned tush and killer calves.
In closing, we can all attest to the struggles of past years. Be thankful for the blessings, past and future.....
God Bless Us All,
GO BULLDOGS!!!!!!!!!
